The little entity ran through to her mother’s room, clambering into her lap and replacing the book in her hands with some childish nursery rhyme story. She pointed frantically at the title, kicking her legs about to express her enthusiasm in some way.
“ Mommy, please read to me! I can help! “
“ OH!” Glynda softly ‘oofed’ as the little entity shuffled herself on her lap with a book in her hand. She looked at the title and she could only smile at her little child’s taste for nursery rhymes.
“ Alright alright. Little Red Riding Hood.” she smiled looking down at 3D. “ Can you repeat it for me deary?”
◣ ☣ ◥ “ Mmhm! It’s Little Red Riding Hood! I know because… because Ruby read it to me once ! I know the picture! ”
Being extremely dyslexic, 3D wasn’t able to read or write. Instead she had other people do it for her ;; people like Ruby. Ruby was a student at Mommy’s school, and Ruby always wore a cape. Ruby was clumsy. Daddy didn’t like Ruby too much, though he never said why. Ruby had a sister called Yang - who 3D loved a whoooole lot.
“ Isn’t… Ruby like the girl, i-in the book ? Because she has a — a red hood ? ”
