"Uh… huh." He didn’t really believe that. He knew his girlfriend, and she can never not do anything. Red laughed at the little battle that had initiated, a grin he failed to smother took his lips. Now what brought this on? The younger man leaned back, keeping her in his arms as he stared up into mismatched eyes.
"No, no, no, my adorable dweeb." He reached up with one hand and bopped her lightly. "No matter what you say,” he repeated her own words. “I love you most. I can even say cheesy romantic lines that’ll prove you otherwise!”
